LES PETITS CRUS VOSGIENS
It is in a former sawmill that Daniel Villaume continues his father's work and handcrafted his wines of fruit or flowers. They are based on cassis, currants, strawberries, rhubarb, sureau flowers, hyacinth… There is no addition of wine, alcohol or flavourings. Alcohol is actually obtained only by the fermentation of fruit juice or by the decoction of the plant, sugar and spring water. 100% natural, these small vintages are made up of the seasons. The manufacturing workshop of these famous Vosgian Crus can also be visited.
