Recognized by the Collège Culinaire de France in the summer of 2022, the Auberge du Laurier is nestled in a century-old building whose vocation was to welcome travelers. With its imposing oak and laurel trees, the garden is a lovely spot for lunch or dinner, with a view of the Pyrenees. Inside, charm meets modernity. Rigor and originality are found in the plates signed Pascal Sauton, who has been at the helm of the kitchens since 2014. You'll taste surprising combinations in the service of good taste. Très bien …excellent, menu raffiné, au calme, prendre entrée plat et désert, ( ns avions pris plat et dessert c’est un peu juste en quantite): très bon moment, bravo !

Ce petit restaurant en campagne mérite le détour. Un cadre apaisant et convivial. Les menus, excellents, les assiettes superbes, bien colorées. Je recommande, que ce soit en couple ou en groupe.
