Friendly restaurant with a large terrace offering Alsatian cuisine in Kintzheim.

This friendly restaurant boasts a large terrace in a generously flowered inner courtyard. Alsatian cuisine takes pride of place, with hearty, comforting dishes that are well presented and served with a smile. Caveau Brunstein also offers excellent meat dishes (veal escalope à la crème, faux-filet maître d'hôtel, bœuf gros sel...) and delicious bouchées à la reine. All served with excellent local wines. If you want to extend your stay, you can rent a cosy, well-decorated room here.

On ne peut que remercier le tenancier de ce winstub de ne pas avoir honoré la réservation de sa chambre d'hôtes faite il y a 3 mois et qu il avait notée sur son agenda. Manifestement ça ne l'intéresse plus et il le dit franchement : "débrouillez-vous ..." il nous a permis de découvrir à deux pas de chez lui une autre chambre d'hôte où l'accueil est particulièrement sympathique et qu'on vous recommande : Le gîte de Didier et Cathy Goettelmann au 19 rue de la liberté, et un super restau pas cher juste en face "l'auberge saint martin".
