For many years, Claudy Obriot ran the Michelin-starred "Les Ducs de Lorraine" restaurant in Épinal. An acclaimed chef, he decided to move on and open his own restaurant in La Baffe. Here, everything is homemade. The chef cooks seasonal produce with the culinary talent that has made him such a success. Don't miss the famous terrine of poultry livers and foie gras, the veal entrecôte with morel mushroom and Sylvaner sauce, and the fabulous homemade mille-feuilles. In terms of atmosphere, the welcome is warm and friendly, and the decor is meticulous. We recommend it!
