Since 2009, Laetitia and Jean Philippe, along with Jérôme and Nicolas, have developed a workshop for processing milk into fresh products such as yoghurts, custards, fromage frais and jams. The milk used comes from the farm's mountain pastures, giving the products the characteristic taste of Vosges flora. Ferme des Alisiers also offers tours of the production process and farm animals.
