Influenced by his father, a chef, his grandfather, who was close to the land, and encouraged by his family and friends, Richard embarked on a crazy adventure in 2010: growing saffron in the Vosges! Today, he brings you top-quality saffron recognized by many chefs. The saffron is grown in meadows without the use of pesticides, herbicides or fungicides, and is dried naturally at room temperature. In his boutique, you'll find the famous natural "red gold", but also in jams, jellies, shortbread... Delicious!
