The Auberge du Val Joli is the ideal place for lovers of gastronomy. You will be offered menus combining local products and creativity. Traditional dishes, such as "minute smoked trout", the famous "Lorraine pâté" or the "Vosges pigeon", are combined with innovations such as the "Cooktier egg" or the "ice cream with fir buds". You will be warmly welcomed in two different rooms, one wooded like a mountain chalet and the other like a winter garden with large bay windows. Et le menu à 22€ est d'un rapport qualité-prix très correct avec des plats qui allient la tradition à une point de modernité. Tout a été délicieux, de l'entrée au dessert: la salade de betteraves chaudes, la truite aux amandes et le tarte aux mirabelles.
Bref, je ne peux que féliciter toute l'équipe aux cuisines et toute l'équipe en salle.

We have Gustativement stays happy, and the hospitality of the owners very well and the very friendly waitress also. and the prices are very varied according to the budget for an excellent quality.
La cuisine, les 2 salles de repas, les 2 salons cosys tout est prévu pour nous recevoir au mieux.
