Set in a train station and on a dock, this restaurant is built on the authentic tracks of the Napoleonic railway station of Plombières-les-Bains. It is a private room that is ideal for seminars, birthdays, etc. You can choose lunch or dinner on the quay or inside the car. The decoration of the latter is, moreover, reminiscent of the great era of the East-Express. The menu varies according to the seasons but promises to spoil you. An unusual setting for a memorable meal!

L entree,une cassolette de rouget:
Un mini filet de rouget , 3 crevettes cocktail et une noix de petoncle certainement pret d avance et juste repassé au four resultat rouget sec et crevettes bien croquantes....
Plat : filet de caubillaud sur legumes
Filet cuit a l eau sur petit pois et pous mange tout , le tout baignant dans l eau de cuisson et le cabillaud nappe d une cuillere de sauce
Dessert : crumble aux pommes , certainement pas du jour vu le feuilletage enfin pour conclure restaurant a eviter si vous pouvez
Mais cela ne suffit pas pour "se régaler".
Déçu par le menu à 17,50€ (il n'y en avait aucun autre) et surtout par la recommandation du petit futé.
