The hotel welcomes you in the heart of the spa town of Plombières-les-Bains, near the Romain Calodaé spa centre and the thermal baths. The restaurant will allow you to discover regional specialities in a family atmosphere. Among the specialities: Vosges salad, trout fillet with almonds, calf's head, blueberry gratin, pan-fried foie gras with griottines or the famous Plombières ice cream. Different formulas are proposed: full board, half board. The hotel-restaurant also welcomes the public to celebrate events.

Ein Zimmer für eine Übernachtung gesucht und wunderbar auf genommen worden. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich mit eigenen Bad/WC. Sehr ruhig geschlafen, wenn man die Rollos nicht schließt kann man von der Sonne geweckt werden.
