Access: RN 57 Nancy-Epinal, exit Rambervilliers.
History: In 1705, Duke Léopold of Lorraine granted Sieur François Magnien, his faithful intendant, a few years ago for his courage and dedication, the privilege of creating a glassware on Portieux's site. Magnien's ambition is to blow up gobeletry and ornamental objects not only to ameliorate ducal family tables and palaces, but above all to «increase the glass trade» outside the Lorraine borders. A perennial success! It is now one of the largest French crystal factories. Grouped under the site of East of the manufactures of Faïence and Cristal de l 'Est de France with four other production sites.
Specifications: From yesterday to today, three centuries of creativity. EPV plotted company, Living Heritage Company. Ancestral know-how for contemporary production.
Products: Top-of-the-range crystal products, transparent or colored, linked to the table arts (glasses services), decorative arts (statues, chandeliers, large gems) and production for large names of the luxury industry (Lacroix, Ritz, Boggio…).
Benefits: Decommissioned Collections and 2 nd Choice: attractive prices all year round. Ad hoc business operations as open doors twice a year (promotion of workshop at weekends).
