Museum with a beautiful collection of earthenware, tiles and old pottery, in a former police station in Rambervillers.
The Terre de Rambervillers Museum is housed in a former 18th century horseback riding gendarmerie. You will discover collections of earthenware, flamed sandstone, tiles and old pottery.... These parts have been recovered in the various industries, manufactures or craftsmen in the Rambervillers area. It was in 1988 that the museum was founded thanks to the Atelier Arts et Histoire association, which still promotes and animates it today. The aim of this place is to highlight the know-how mastered by generations of potters and faience makers, an artistic dimension that makes sense today. Nice cultural visit.
