A menu of the day including a starter, fish or meat, cheese or dessert as well as a coffee is proposed to you every day of the week. A la carte, you will undoubtedly be attracted by the smoked trout and avocado terrine with crayfish tails, or by the crispy scallop salad. A real treat! On a platter, you can choose from a sea bass fillet with salicornia, hake back with leek fondue, can fillet with half a pear and cranberries, veal chuck in Vosges sauce or sirloin steak with broken chestnuts and onion compote... For dessert, the pineapple vacherin is delicious. However, the menu changes regularly according to the season's products.
