Restaurant offering traditional cuisine made with market products.
Just a few steps from the town centre, the Bouche à Oreille offers traditional cuisine made with market produce. A menu of the day including a starter, fish or meat, cheese or dessert as well as a coffee is proposed to you every day of the week. A la carte, you will undoubtedly be attracted by the smoked trout and avocado terrine with crayfish tails, or by the crispy scallop salad. A real treat! On a platter, you can choose from a sea bass fillet with salicornia, hake back with leek fondue, can fillet with half a pear and cranberries, veal chuck in Vosges sauce or sirloin steak with broken chestnuts and onion compote... For dessert, the pineapple vacherin is delicious. However, the menu changes regularly according to the season's products.

Très heureuse d’avoir fait cette découverte en famille
Je vous le conseil d’autant que la jeune serveuse était vraiment très sympathique et cela permet de passer un bon moment
Merci à vous
We had luck because we arrive quite late this on sundays and the room was not full. After a slice of foie gras and excellent fish, the cheese is a pure delight: six local cheeses in the dish, a dessert which still makes me mouth-watering... all for a reasonable price and friendly service
This restaurant has only one problem, it is 60 miles from my home.
