With a childhood marked by travels around the world, he wants to share his most beautiful taste discoveries with his hosts. And it is successful because it eats us away! In entry, the little pot to Cleurie snails accompanied by a pistou sauce gives a beautiful tribute to the region. The lamb stew, on the other hand, makes travel. The subtle mix of fruit and vegetables that accompanies it is a marvel. The meal ends with the delicious charlotte with chestnut cream or with the cheesecake with caramel caramel. The most reasonable ones prefer the gourmet café. An inventive kitchen, accompanied by wines whose prices are very affordable.
