Since 1996, Remiremont's Carnaval de Venise has become a springtime celebration. It's an event that joyfully mixes festivity and enchantment. All Romarimontains take part in the game, donning their most beautiful masks and outfits. Costume parades, mask and hat markets, dinner dances: the magic happens for 4 days, even at night! A 2-week exhibition of masks, paintings and photographs announces the festivities. The enchantment enthralls young and old alike, as well as spectators from far and wide.
