A multi-faceted restaurant! Open from 9am for coffee, Auberge'in also offers a complete lunchtime menu. Every day, the chef proposes new dishes, such as an Iberian-style squid cassolette. Thanks to its success, this restaurant, located 5 minutes from Dax, is very busy. It's a good idea to make reservations and arrive early, as the specialties are in high demand. Tête de veau, sea bass with chorizo... A sweet ending with homemade desserts. We love the terrace and outdoor bar in summer.
