LES GITES DU PISTON

On the edge of the forest and set in a two-hectare wooded park, Les gîtes du Piston are housed in a brick and half-timbered Landaise barn, completely renovated in 2010. Just a few minutes from Dax and 25 km from the ocean, it's the ideal place to spend an excellent nature vacation or a pleasant stay for a spa treatment. The camellias at the entrance give their name to the first apartment in the barn, which can accommodate two to four people with a living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It overlooks the park, in front of the mimosa trees. It is ideal for one or two people during the three-week spa treatment. As for the Rose gîte, it can accommodate six people, with its large bedroom and bedroom-cabin, large living room-kitchen, bathroom and beautiful terrace opening onto the garden on the acacia and cork oak side. Both gîtes, entirely on one level, are equipped with all modern comforts and tastefully decorated, and Laurence, the owner, will welcome you with a smile. From here, you can walk or cycle among the pine trees, discover Dax and the surrounding area, taste the Landes gastronomy or enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches of the Landes... At dawn, with a bit of luck, you might even spot a squirrel or a family of deer! An ideal getaway from city life for a week's vacation discovering the forest and the ocean... A real favorite!
