CHEZ LABORDE
This family business based in Maylis (Landes) opened this spacious shop in a very moving area. The king here, outside the client, is the duck. High in family, it is declined in all its forms: whole fatty liver, nature, the grapes, full-blown, full of figs, gras fatty duck with liver, necks, hearts, magret, fritons, terrine, rillettes and vacuum cold meats, including the famous magret of Foie gras. Fortunately you will be advised if some subtleties are out of the way. Please choose the «whole duck» basket where you will find all the pieces cooked. The schedules of the shop are very interesting. An unexpected aperitif? Think of the ham trays (bellota, iberico, sausage), cheese (some farmers) on demand. You will also find tariquet and uby.
