Restaurant serving various succulent dishes in Saint-Dié-des-Vosges.
Overlooking the Tour de la Liberté, this restaurant is housed in the city's oldest building. For starters, try the Crispy Roll of Prawns with Paprika Leek Fondue and Pepper Coulis or the Tatin of Duck Foie Gras with Apples Flambéed in Calvados on Gingerbread. Continue with the Deer Mouse braised with fir tree honey and thyme and grilled potatoes, and the Hot and Cold Pears flambéed with pear liqueur and Bourbon vanilla ice cream. A wonderful discovery to share with the whole family!
