Restaurant serving various succulent dishes in Saint-Dié-des-Vosges.

With a view of the Tour de la Liberté, this restaurant is housed in the city's oldest building. For starters, try the 4-spice duck breast fan or the Terre et Mer autumnal plate with endives, pink shrimps, grapefruit supremes and pine nuts. Continue with Mijoté de biche aux châtaignes et aux 4 épices and homemade späztles. Finish with a sweet Nougat glacé with chocolate-Grand Marnier and candied orange peel and citrus syrup. A wonderful discovery to share with the whole family!
