THE TOWER OF FREEDOM
A metal structure built in Golbey in the Vosges, the Freedom Tower, a modern monument of the city
The Freedom Tower, a modern monument of the city, is a metal structure built in Golbey in the Vosges. Created in the Tuileries Gardens in Paris to commemorate the bicentenary of the Revolution by Vosges architects Nicolas Normier and Jean-Marie Hennin, the "cathedral of hope" is dedicated to people with reduced mobility, "to all those for whom all hope of conquest stops in front of the incomprehension and fear of others". From the top of its 36 m, you will have a beautiful panorama of the city and it houses the collection of Braque's jewels.
