Restaurant offering a wide wine list with the vintages of the region in Saint-Sever.
At Le Pavillon, we shop, peel, cut, carve, bone, scale, marinate, smoke, bake and grill... Whenever possible, the chef works with local suppliers. Depending on the season: foie gras garbure with kale mayo, yellow porcini gazpacho, herb-crusted hake fillet, stuffed veal breast, orange soufflé crepe... The wine list gives pride of place to local vintages. Saturday lunchtime specials are also available. The restaurant is open in the evening for reservations of 10 or more.
