Restaurant offering original dishes according to the season in Saint-Sever.

In the former cellar of the stables of General Lamarque (army of the Revolution and Empire), Nicolas Fort concocts original dishes, sometimes based on a detail or ingredient spotted at the market. Depending on the season: cherry tomato focaccia, Vielle Tursan ham, arugula and beet vinaigrette, grilled Landes quail, roasted vegetables and chimichurri sauce, Sao Tomé dark chocolate gâteau coulant selected by Diogo Vaz in Mont-de-Marsan... The daily menu is served at lunchtime from Monday to Saturday.

De l'entrée au café tout était excellent. L'accueil est souriant, les mets délicieux, une présentation soignée. En un mot parfait. Une belle découverte. Je recommande et je reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour dans la région.

Belle table produits irréprochables et cuisine soignée et gourmande, carte des vins très alléchante.
Service soigné et souriant.
Par contre nous avons eu un peu froid et un petit fond musical nous aurait bien plu pour l ambiance.
