CHEZ TAUZIN
A farmer of landais farmers, Arnaud Tauzin created this farm farm in 2008 to highlight local products and to enhance the fatty liver of Landes. He would like to see this delicate dish consumed all year round, during delicious relaxation-tapas gascons. To this end, he is a deputy of the qualities of Chief Eric Costdoat who transforme and imagination these products of tradition. If you can taste here a traditional liver bowl, cooked at low temperature, or a liver cooked in a bottle of poultry and vegetables, with citronella and ginger, you can also discover the fatty liver poached with the red wine of Tursan, with honey and spices, or grilled liver bowl on the fire of vine branches… If you wish to surprise your guests with new flavours, do not hesitate to serve these delicious fatty livers on your table and even combine them with delicate chutney to pears and pineapple or autumn fruit, or to grape or apple sauces, always sold at Tauzin. A kick from the Petit Smart!
