Pasta Délices is an artisan company nestled in the heart of the Massif des Hautes Vosges regional park , in Thiefosse. It offers fresh and dry pasta made from raw materials. Pasta ismade in bronze molds and dried at low temperatures to preserve all the aromas and benefits of the plants it contains .This address also offers several ranges of high-protein pasta for athletes, as well as a gluten-reduced range .Here, you'll be spoilt for choice in terms of shapes and flavors . You'll find crêtes-de-coq with Espelette pepper, whole-wheat gnocchi without eggs, and fusilli with lemongrass and ginger.
