Old sheepfold with terrace and garden offering products worked with accuracy.

Yannick Duc (one Michelin star) is a lover of words and food. As a preamble to the menu, you can read a few sentences about his work, which he starts at 6 a.m., and then a few more lines in which he suggests that we "stop time".
