Lionel and Armelle, members of the Collège Culinaire de France and the Club Prosper Montagné, welcome you to a cosy, contemporary setting with a menu that changes with the seasons. Enjoy a homemade terrine, a pan-fried snail dish, Veal Rib's or Mi-cuit de Foie gras de Canard. We continue with a swim of small scallops and crayfish, and a melting guinea fowl gigolette with truffle emulsion sauce. Next, a cart of regional cheeses. Then a dessert from the patissier. A very fine address!
