Lionel and Armelle, members of the Collège Culinaire de France and the Club Prosper Montagné, welcome you to a cosy, contemporary setting with a menu that changes with the seasons. Enjoy a homemade terrine, for example, or a pan-fried snail with spinach and a creamy sabayon with alpine cheeses. We continue with a melt-in-the-mouth back of haddock, delicately spiced lemon hollandaise cream and vegetables from a potée. Then it's on to a cart of regional cheeses. Then a dessert from the pastry chef. A very fine address!
