HOSTELLERIE LA CROIX DES HÊTRES
L'Hostellerie The Beech Cross has in addition to the hotel, a restaurant offering traditional cuisine. Fireplace, exposed beams, antique furniture… The atmosphere is warm in this mountain restaurant. The kitchen is typical of the Vosges region. The speciality of the house is also roësti. They can simply be served with a green salad and two toppings (bacon, munster, bear garlic, mushrooms…). They also accompany dishes such as turkey steak to Normandy, the salmon pad, the shallot tab… In dessert, there are brimbelles or apples, a chocolate-based, ice-cream, ice-cream…
