Pascale and Sébastien Marchal, owners since 2023, welcome you to their newly-created restaurant: Le Chant des Cimes. The restaurant is set in pleasant, welcoming surroundings, and offers simple, traditional, local cuisine based on fresh, seasonal produce. Start with medallions of foie gras, gingerbread with figs and mulled wine jelly, followed by a cassolette of warm Munster cheese with Gewürztraminer and potatoes, and finish with a chou glacé with vanilla and hot chocolate.

Une adresse habituée au « sans faute »…
Après désormais plusieurs passages dans ce restaurant, je peux assurer que le cuisinier maîtrise son art à la perfection. Ici, la mise en valeur du terroir, le respect des produits et le sourire sympathique sont des valeurs cardinales, tout cela pour un bon rapport qualité prix . La carte est simple ( qualité souvent perdue de vue aujourd’hui ) et très bien exécutée. Je me suis (encore) régalée, bravo et merci d’apporter un supplément d’âme à notre petit village d’enfance.

Nous étions quinze personnes d'une même famille, toutes satisfaites de la délicieuse cuisine faite maison et servie avec le sourire par la patronne et Malo. Peut-être un peu cher...mais c'était un samedi midi.
Nous reviendrons pour déguster les autres plats.
