Pascale and Sébastien Marchal, owners since 2023, welcome you to their newly-created restaurant: Le Chant des Cimes. The restaurant is set in pleasant, welcoming surroundings, and offers simple, traditional, local cuisine based on fresh, seasonal produce. Start with medallions of foie gras, gingerbread with figs and mulled wine jelly, followed by a cassolette of warm Munster cheese with Gewürztraminer and potatoes, and finish with a chou glacé with vanilla and hot chocolate.
