Cédric Brylka masters the art of Alsatian winemaking to perfection. Small fruits and flowers are used to create aperitifs: red fruits, blueberries, rhubarb, elderberry or dandelion flowers etc. Horse ploughing, hand-picking, little or no insecticides used Here we preserve the environment. You can taste the fermented drinks in its cellar. The free tasting takes place in a mountain chalet. Among the novelties: the home-made fruit juices and brandies of the estate.
