La Plage avenue de la Plage opened its doors in March 2016. This company was born, innocently, whereas Aude and his husband prepared cookies for their own greed, following a recipe for a grandmother. Together they decided to add their little personal touch, their little grain of salt will tell us, to this recipe. On these traditional little pebbles, Aude topped the salt flower. An originality that has not been enough to seduce the couple's entourage. The success of these cookies, reminiscent of childhood flavours, has decided to create its own company. His workshop is located in Sainte-Eulalia-en-Born.
