With only 12 available places and delicious cuisine, the best way to get a table in the Appart! But once we sit down, we don't regret the small dishes cooked by Chef Franck Nicolle, who also authored numerous kitchen books available in the restaurant. Should we make it clear that everything is home? In entry, velvety asparagus to rice fillets smoked or gaspacho of tomatoes, then the misty and Alsatian flavors are revisited with salmon steaks to Toul gray, shoulder roast, mouse and bison mouse… vosges! All with six accompaniments of choice. Ice, profiterolles, fruit salad and far Breton will delight the greedy.
