trop d attente au restaurant plus de 30 mn pour avoir notre plat en réclamant après notre réclamation nous avons été servi dans la mn comme par hasard demander burger saignant le steak était archi cuit trop de différence avec les habitués dommage nous avons failli quitter la table

Nous sommes desolé que vous ayez vécu une mauvaise expérience chez nous. Cependant je tiens à vous signaler que nous ne faisons pas de différence entre les clients de passage et les habitués. Vous étiez simplement assis à coté de notre table d'exposition: nous faisons gagner midi et soir un repas au restaurant pour 2 personnes et la table est décorée en conséquence. De plus la serveuse vous à gentillement trouvé une table sur un service complet et vous étiez prévenu qu'il y'aurait de l'attente. J'espère que votre prochaine expérience sera meilleure. Bien cordialement, la Direction.
