THERMAL PARK
A splendid park, the garden of the springs of Vittel and Hépar, a site classified as a historical monument with many sports fields
This splendid park, the first part of Vittel to be listed as a historical monument, is worth a visit. It is the garden of the springs of Vittel and Hépar. You will find different pavilions: Heudebert pavilion, the Toys pavilion reserved for the youngest, the Children's pavilion in Japanese style and decorated with evocative frescoes, the Donkey pavilion in homage to Cadichon born from the imagination of the Countess of Ségur. The Emerald Pavilion is a real gem. It is the most elegant achievement of the park. Signed by famous architects such as Fernand César or André Colin, "little corners" bring charm and originality to these authentic places like the toilet cabin with its bevelled windows and its ceramic decorations. These 650 hectares of greenery constitute the heart of the resort. One likes for example to stroll there when the lawns are covered with thousands of small daisies. There are many sports fields: golf, racetrack, polo, tennis, to get active. You can also rent a bike and go for a nice ride. For families or groups of friends, the 4 or 6-seater rosalia allow you to discover the park in complete peace. An original experience that everyone will enjoy. The Water Watch is located there: this association's mission is to raise public awareness of sustainable development and water-related issues. A scientific council sits there and the Watch regularly conducts educational activities for all.
