This restaurant located at an altitude of 1,100 m. near the Schlucht has several rooms, one of which has a breathtaking view of the valley. It is splendid and breathtaking. The rustic and rural decoration will set the tone of the dishes you will enjoy. At the Balveurche restaurant, various regional specialities are on offer. You can enjoy royal sauerkraut with six meats (shank, smoked loin, breast, knack, sausage and smoked sausage). Other specialities such as the andouille du Val d'Ajol, the quiche lorraine, the munster pie or the homemade charlotte with blueberries will make you salivate. Various events are organized during the seasons, so you can share the last raclette before the end of the winter season. A good way to share good times with family or friends.

Perdu au milieu des vosges, à quelques kilomètres de Gerardmer et de la route des Crêtes nous avons eu la bonne suprise de trouver un petit coin paisible, aux très beaux paysages.
Le restaurant offre des plats de qualité, alliant produits locaux et régionaux, le tout étant copieux et excellent. Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute.
La terrasse qui permet de prendre un petit verre tout en profitant des paysages et du coucher de soleil à fini de nous conquérir !
Nous avons passé un très bon moment et n'hésiterons pas revenir pour tester l'hôtel et découvrir un peu plus cette belle région !
Pour l'hébergement je n'ai pas utilisé ce qui explique l'absence de notation, mais restauration impeccable.
