This restaurant located at an altitude of 1,100 m. near the Schlucht has several rooms, one of which has a breathtaking view of the valley. It is splendid and breathtaking. The rustic and rural decoration will set the tone of the dishes you will enjoy. At the Balveurche restaurant, various regional specialities are on offer. You can enjoy royal sauerkraut with six meats (shank, smoked loin, breast, knack, sausage and smoked sausage). Other specialities such as the andouille du Val d'Ajol, the quiche lorraine, the munster pie or the homemade charlotte with blueberries will make you salivate. Fidèle a cette auberge depuis de nombreuses années les nouveaux propriétaires ne deméritent pas ils ont plein de projets et veille a soigner leurs clients!!!!! Pour partir en randonnée ou simplement se reposer voici un bel avez de paix !
Seul "petit" bémol, sur la carte du restaurant qui ne propose qu'un choix un petit peu juste alors que la carte des vins offre un choix plus qu'honorable.
Les chambres sont bien tenues, spacieuses. Les douches sont refaites.
En tout cas, ça reste une adresse à retenir.
A faire les yeux fermés si on est à la recherche de bons produits locaux sans trop vider son porte-monnaie.
