In addition to being a hotel, Auberge du Lac is a restaurant that offers Alsatian cuisine. For example, you can start with a snail casserole with Riesling as a starter, a Baeckeoffe Tradition with its green salad as a main course or a flammekueche with brimbelles as a dessert. A vegetarian menu is available. You will also find the famous sauerkraut and other typical Alsatian dishes on the menu. The restaurant has two rooms, one of which is air-conditioned. The mountain chalet style decoration will transport you into a warm universe, the fireplace gives a cosy touch to the whole. You also have the possibility to sleep on site thanks to spacious and comfortable rooms.
