Au Relais Boulas was opened by Anne-Charlotte Boulas and Olivier Bertrand, who bought the emblematic "Chez Dédé" restaurant. This traditional bistro offers Vosges specialities cooked with fresh, local produce. For example, you can enjoy duck breast with blueberry sauce, or farmhouse pig shoulder with bell pepper sauce and mild chorizo. Everything here is homemade. The welcome is warm and friendly. The vintage decor, with objects that "people under 20 couldn't possibly know", is original.
