An inn that can be described as a gastronomic restaurant in the heart of the mountain, with a terrace with a panoramic view of the Bramevaque tower and the summit of the Pic du Midi de Bordes. Thanks to the talent of the chef Richard Michiels, you can enjoy farm eggs with morels and foie gras and a veal blanquette with ceps. Copious, delicious in a wonderful setting. Needless to say, these high quality products are fresh and local? The service is as good as the table. An excellent address in the Haut-Couserans.
