Built in the 1880's, l'Etape was already a family pension. This bar-restaurant is located in the center of the village, in the PNR Pyrénées ariégeoises, Dominique and Yvan Papaix have decorated it with taste and spirit of yesteryear. You will discover a large fireplace with high ceilings composed as a huge table d'hôte, as well as a remarkable bar, all in wood. You will feel at home here. The kitchen is family and of quality, based on local products. Moreover, gîtes are available for the pleasure of the holidaymakers.
