SUSHI'N ROLL
Inaugurated in November 2017, this young company, based in Auzat, has embarked on a bold activity. It produces real sushi, which it distributes in Toulouse, the Aude and the Ariège, to partner merchants, or directly to private individuals. Cyril Michaux, at the origin of this bet, has attributed himself the collaboration of a sushi master to develop his recipes. All the machines needed to make "nigris, makis or california" - semi-automatic machines - come from Japan. And if the vegetables are bought locally, the seasoning products also come from the land of the Rising Sun. Rice and fish - pre-cut and frozen - are processed every day in the Auzat workshops, before reaching the sushi lovers' refrigerators in less than 48 hours.
