Michel and Sébastien Gomes offer a warm and friendly welcome in a mountain setting of wood and stone. The chef concocts a range of specialties and regional dishes: foie gras briochette with girolles sauce, foie gras flan with poached egg, Savoyard fondue with girolles, tartiflette or homemade cassoulet. The terrace seats around 20, and is conveniently located on the market square. Service on cutting boards. As a caterer, Le P'tit Montagnard can also travel throughout the Haute Ariège region.
