HABITATS INSOLITES
Joe, Pierre, Julie and Julien are regulars on collaborative projects. Craftsmen or technical supervisors, they have been working on eco-construction and alternative housing for over ten years. Along the way, the associative and team spirit have nurtured another desire: that of undertaking all together, and always naturally. The four friends, who alone bring together the know-how related to the design and layout of houses, created Habitats Insolites. With this company, located in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, Joe, Pierre, Pierre, Julie and Julien manufacture trailers and tynyhouses to take the key to the fields, round cottages and huts to live in the open. Their modules, bohemian or Robinson, use healthy materials and wood from local industries. A territorial anchoring that is also reflected in the form of their company: a Scop - Société coopérative de production - in which the human and collective dimension gives strength and faith to the project.
