Since 2014, Arnaud Caré has tastefully brought this century-old country-style restaurant to life. In the kitchen, the chef whips up tasty dishes using delicious local produce, such as garbure de canard (duck garbure), tête de veau sauce ravigote (calf's head with ravigote sauce) or poitrine de volaille aux morilles (chicken breast with morel mushrooms). This generous address has seduced both mountain palates and our own. Good news: Arnaud also offers renovated rooms. A quality stopover for those wishing to stay in an authentic setting, designed in the spirit of a coaching inn.

Arnaud mériterai étoiles!
superbe rapport pris - quality.
Après une terrine de poulet grillé sauce à la moutarde ancienne, nous nous sommes régalés avec une tête de veau sauce gribiche totalement inoubliable !
Quant au Mont Blanc aux agrumes, c'était absolument le dessert dont on rêve!
Et tout ceci servi avec le sourire au coin de la cheminée.
Cuisine fine et un très bon rapport qualité prix
C'est bon, original et surtout, l'ambiance est conviviale.
La partie hôtellerie est simple et propre.
Arnaud est au petit soin pour ses clients.
