Perched on the heights of Carla-Bayle, the Auberge Pierre-Bayle restaurant offers a pleasant setting for a memorable gastronomic experience. The bright dining room, with its large picture windows, invites you to sit back and enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding area. As for the terrace, it's perfect for enjoying fine weather and the Pyrenean scenery. Chef Fernand De Oliveira's cuisine is both traditional and daring, skilfully blending classic recipes with his own creativity. In order to offer dishes full of freshness and flavor, he favors quality products from carefully selected producers. At the Auberge, you can choose between two formulas: a complete menu with starter, main course and dessert, or a menu with starter and main course or main course and dessert. Starters include duck foie gras or sea bream and tuna ceviche. You can then continue with monkfish roasted in coconut milk, Francis veal or pork filet mignon. For a sweet finish, opt for poached pear with star anise, white chocolate crunch or pavlova glacé passion. Note that this establishment is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
