Philippe Faur collects titles and trophies: master craftsman, international grand prize for innovation in 2007, French sculptor champion in 2009, member of the French culinary college since recently.... A completely "frosty" CV for this glacier located in Caumont, a few miles from Saint-Girons. Since the creation of his company in 1998, he has created more than 120 flavours of ice cream or sorbets, about twenty of which are salty! Philippe Faur obtains his milk from a producer based less than 10 kilometres from his laboratory and prefers 100% natural ingredients for the rest. Thanks to the know-how inherited from his father - a self-taught ice-cream maker - and a patient alchemist's job, the master craftsman produces products with authentic flavours: a strawberry sorbet so rich that it gives the impression of biting into a fruit, an ice cream with milk flower that takes you immediately to the farm, an ice cream with foie gras, a caviar sorbet from Petrossian, a mustard ice cream that pushes the taste buds and enhances the kitchen...
