This cheese Cheese Factory is a traditional cheese factory that perpetuates the tradition of tomme from the Pyrenees to raw milk and natural crust thanks to the dynamism of its president Didier Lemasson. During your visit you will discover the different stages of the artisanal manufacture of Fromage cheese. Also on sale, a famous mountain of bethmale au goat milk. The Jean Jean, a flagship Company of Couserans, produces 650 tons of cheese per year.
