Didier Thomann is a very generous chef who favours fresh seasonal produce to elaborate dishes from the region and elsewhere which are highly appreciated for the richness of their flavours. Roasted ham nuts with honey and lemon, devil's palette, duck confit on a bed of sauerkraut, veal grenadin with forest sauce, not forgetting pizzas and tarts flambées: everything is good and well done. Succulent desserts and a fine wine list. In catering mode, Didier Thomann offers you royal couscous, garnished sauerkraut, baeckeoffe and giant paella!
