Didier Thomann is a very generous chef who favours fresh seasonal produce to elaborate dishes from the region and elsewhere which are highly appreciated for the richness of their flavours. Roasted ham nuts with honey and lemon, devil's palette, duck confit on a bed of sauerkraut, veal grenadin with forest sauce, not forgetting pizzas and tarts flambées: everything is good and well done. Succulent desserts and a fine wine list. In catering mode, Didier Thomann offers you royal couscous, garnished sauerkraut, baeckeoffe and giant paella!

very warm welcome without reservation, a busy which puts the water has the mouth, in a typically Alsatian stunning setting and then, a quiet... owner which can advise on any flavour and wines. the cuisine is divine here there is no one mot.et especially an owner which it is magical its clientele by counting only one children's menu, it is prices are very reasonable and non excessive HIGHLY recommended WHEN YOU ARE A BARR!!!! has the next year...
